Rain International distributors were thrilled by an unexpected announcement from Randy Gage at their recent Ascend convention in Italy.

Gage, alongside his long-time associate Ann Feinstein, has been consulting with Rain International over the past year. They have developed recruiting materials, training programs, and a replicable system for the company. The crowd erupted in applause when Gage revealed at the end of a training session that he and Feinstein would be joining Rain as distributors and actively recruiting leaders.

Randy Gage is a renowned figure in the direct selling industry, having played a significant role in launching the sector in numerous developing countries. His training has produced countless million-dollar earners, and his teams have generated tens of billions of dollars in revenue. Gage's expertise comes from personal experience, having built a team of over 200,000 people across 50 countries. He is also the author of 15 bestsellers, including "Direct Selling Success," "DEFCON 1 Direct Selling," and his latest, "The ABCs of MLM."

After several years of semi-retirement, during which he maintained a distributorship without active recruiting, Gage has decided to re-enter the field with Rain International. He is joined by Ann Feinstein, who, along with her husband David, has a distinguished 30-plus-year career in direct selling. The Feinsteins have built multi-million-dollar teams in over 40 countries and received numerous industry accolades. Ann Feinstein is particularly renowned for her training programs on attraction, recruitment, and leadership.

Gage and Feinstein were initially brought in to develop a new marketing system for Rain's "Rain 2.0" initiative. Their return to active fieldwork reunites them with Rain President Jeff Higginson. The trio previously collaborated at Agel Enterprises, achieving remarkable success before the company's sale. Higginson expressed his excitement, stating, "Together, we accomplished one of the greatest success stories in the industry. Now we're getting the band back together, and we're going to make history."

In a recent statement, Gage highlighted the unique value of Rain’s seed-based nutrition products, emphasizing their fundamental importance. "Seeds are the basis of life itself, and when we colonize other worlds, the most important payload in the spacecraft will be seeds. The only element Rain needs now to become the next multi-billion-dollar unicorn is more field leaders, and we plan to rectify that."

Gage expressed his honour in partnering with Feinstein, comparing their mission to that of the 300 Spartans at the Battle of Thermopylae. "We plan to assemble 300 new Black Rain Diamonds – the greatest team of prosperity warriors ever assembled in direct selling. Thousands of dreamers are coach-able and willing to work. They just need a track to run on with the right support, and we’re committed to giving it to them.
